The customer is from the Middle East and is a large enterprise specializing in the production of highway safety facilities. It has high requirements for the automation level and production capacity of the equipment. The customer particularly emphasized that he hopes that the entire line can achieve rapid forming of high-strength steel plates and can automatically complete the material cutting and stacking operations to reduce manual intervention and improve delivery efficiency.
The sales and technical team of Bangnuo Machinery held multiple rounds of remote meetings with the customer. After fully understanding its product structure, workshop layout and employment habits, it quickly formulated a dedicated solution and designed a set of forming + cutting + manipulator stacking integrated guardrail plate production line, which successfully met all the needs of the customer.

This project took about 85 days from design confirmation to equipment assembly. The customer kept in touch with our company through video conferencing throughout the process and paid close attention to the progress and equipment details of each stage. After the trial video was shown, the customer gave great affirmation to the stacking efficiency and stability, and believed that "this whole system can directly replace the unloading and sorting work of the original three workers".
At present, the equipment has completed the factory packaging and arranged for shipment through the FOB Shanghai model. The Bangnuo after-sales team will continue to provide remote debugging guidance and operation training support to ensure that the customer's factory can be put into production quickly.
