Mexican Customers Visited The Bangno Factory To Conduct On-Site Inspections And Deepen Cooperation Trust

Recently, a delegation of three customers from Mexico made a special trip to the headquarters of Bonno Machinery for a field visit and conducted in-depth exchanges on the upcoming molding equipment procurement project. This visit marks that the two sides have further promoted the substantive implementation of cooperation on the basis of multiple rounds of remote communication.


The customer representative is from a large enterprise engaged in steel structure processing and color steel construction projects, and has extremely high requirements for the flexibility and precision of automation equipment. The customer contacted our company through Alibaba International Station earlier. After preliminary program evaluation and parameter comparison, he was impressed by Bonno's customization capabilities and professional services, which eventually led to this visit to China.


On-site visit, focus on details


Accompanied by the company's person in charge, the customer visited the molding machine production workshop, welding assembly area and finished product display area. He showed great interest in a C/Z steel integrated machine that was being tested, and learned in detail about its changeover efficiency and control system functions. Customers frequently praised our company's reasonable equipment structure design, solid welding technology, and humanized operating system.


The technical director also led the customer to review the draft drawings of their customized model, and made optimization suggestions on several parameter details proposed by the customer on the spot. The customer highly recognized the response speed and technical expertise of the Bangnuo engineering team.


In-depth communication, signing of intention order


During the meeting, the two sides further discussed the project budget, delivery schedule and after-sales service model. The customer paid special attention to the after-sales response capability. After learning that we provide remote video debugging services and can send engineers abroad to assist in installation according to needs, the customer confirmed on-site that the first batch of equipment orders will be launched.


The two parties have signed a preliminary purchase intention agreement and plan to officially start the contract process next month.


This visit not only deepened the customer's trust in Bangnuo, but also laid a solid foundation for further expansion in the Latin American market in the future.
