If the customer has additional design needs, our professional designer team can also intervene to provide support such as drawing optimization and parameter adjustment to help customers quickly realize the implementation from ideas to products.
1. We value the specific needs of each customer. Whether you already have drawings or not, we can provide professional support:
Existing drawings: We will draw CAD drawings, perform structural design based on your drawings, and provide detailed quotation solutions.
No drawings: You only need to provide product parameters or production requirements, we can draw a scheme for you, or recommend conventional configurations to help you make quick decisions.
2. After both parties confirm the drawings and technical details, we will sign a formal contract and the customer will pay a deposit. The equipment production cycle is usually 60-80 days, starting from the date when the drawings are finalized and the deposit is received.
3. During the production period, we will continue to communicate with customers to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Usually the delivery method is FOB Shanghai, which can be flexibly adjusted if there are special requirements.
Delivery guarantee to ensure that the equipment is delivered within the agreed time.
4. We promise to provide a 1-year warranty service and provide the following after-sales support methods: engineers can be dispatched to the customer's location for installation and commissioning (need to be negotiated and arranged) or remote video guidance can be provided to assist customers in completing equipment operation and commissioning.
